Openings as of November 2018

  • Morris County - Partnership and CHAMP
  • Provides supervision and maintenance of the residential program and the consumers therein, also responsible for providing direct staff with supervision.

  • Provides consumers with daily supervision, weekly case management services, and medication monitoring. Facilitates group and recreational activities, completes progress notes, and updates electronic charts.

  • Provides consumers with daily supervision, weekly case management services, and medication monitoring. Facilitates group and recreational activities, completes progress notes, and updates electronic charts.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the group home, which includes, all consumer related activities, providing staff with supervision, and providing case management services to consumers.

  • Conducts individual case management within Community Support Services (CSS) including IRP implementation, on-site services, and management of caseload. Functions as an active member of the treatment team.

  • Assists consumers with their activities of daily living as well as ensuring a safe and clean environment.

  • Hackensack - Adult Partial Care
  • Direct service with consumers in our adult partial care program. Responsible for transportation, arrangement of services, and all consumers on caseload. Facilitates groups and functions as an active member of the treatment team.

  • Hackensack - Alternative Living Supervised Program
  • Manages consumer individual cases, medication monitoring, providing IMR services, and assisting with budgeting and linkage to benefits.

  • Hackensack - New Directions
  • Responsible for the safe transportation of consumers to and from Agency programs and other locations. Must be able to work as a team member and communicate any relevant information, be sensible to consumers' needs, and assist peers as needed.

  • Hackensack - CORE Solutions
  • Experience in addictions, developmental disabilities, trauma, domestic abuse, and family therapy. Fluency in Spanish, Japanese, Korean or Polish is especially beneficial for this program as we serve Hudson and Bergen counties.

  • All Bergen County Residencies
  • Responsible for the supervision and case management of adult consumers living with mental illness in a long term residence. Responsibilities include supervising, supportive counseling, assisting with ADL skills, medication monitoring, PCA, facilitating social/recreational activities, and crisis intervention when needed.

  • Hackensack - Outpatient Department
  • Provides outpatient psychotherapy and other services to clients in our Outpatient Department in Lyndhurst and Hackensack, NJ.

  • Kearny - Kearny Adolescent Residential Experience (KARE)
  • Provides supervision, transportation to activities, and assistance with ADLs to our adolescents in a residential group home. Additional responsibilities include medication monitoring and facilitating group counseling sessions.

  • General and Administrative
  • To provide the accounts payable functions necessary to assist the Finance Director in ensuring that the financial system is accurate, efficient and in accordance with professional accounting practices and governmental regulations.

  • Hackensack - Intensive Family Support Services (IFSS)
  • Provides families with clinical and concrete services. Consults families, performs family groups, and develops service plans with families.

  • Westwood - Wellness & Support Center (EISS)
  • Provides crisis intervention, assessments, intakes, and direct assistance to consumers. Maintains consumer cases and collaborates with the treatment team.

  • Assist consumers obtaining their basic needs and with their activities of daily living. Provides education about mental illness and symptoms of management.

  • Responsible for providing initial assessments, performing intake evaluations, and performing crisis intervention as required. Additional duties include emergency outreach for services and referrals. Works as part of the treatment team.
