  • Group Residences
    various shifts (both weekday & weekends)

    Responsible for the supervision and case management of adult consumers living with mental illness in a long term residence. Responsibilities include supervising, supportive counseling, assisting with ADL skills, medication monitoring, PCA, facilitating social/recreational activities, and crisis intervention when needed.

  • Morris Plains, New Jersey
    WEEKENDS 12AM - 8AM, 4PM - 12AM

    Provides supervision and case management in a residential home for consumers diagnosed with mental illness. Responsibilities include assisting consumers with daily living skills, recording progress notes using electronic records, overseeing self-administration of prescribed meds, transportation to medical appointments when needed and performing crisis intervention, as needed. Functions as an active member of the treatment team.

  • Manages consumer cases in a Supportive Housing program (ALSP).

  • The Mental Health Worker provides mental health services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

  • Performs highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the facilities and their grounds according to all safety guidelines. Periodically performs custodial duties.

  • Manages consumer cases in the Alternate Living Supportive Program (ALSP).

  • Manages consumer cases in a Supportive Housing program (ALSP).

  • Maintains primary responsibility for coordination, provision, or arrangement of services needed for consumers on caseload. Facilitates therapeutic and skill development groups with in the program. Functions as active member of the treatment team.

  • Case management and supervision of adult consumers living with mental illness in our Hackensack long-term residence.

  • Leads activity and therapy groups within the Adolescent Partial Care Program. Provides case management for all consumers on caseload. Covers co-workers groups and cases in their absence. Function as an active member of treatment team. Provides individual, family therapy and crisis intervention.

  • Coordinates all aspects of the Agency’s training initiatives for new hires and existing staff. Oversees activities related to the development, implementation, and adherence to the Agency’s required training curriculum along with determining and organizing other initiatives to further staff development.
