  • Transports mentally ill consumers to other Agency programs. Transports consumers to work, school, therapeutic activities, and/or other outside Agency programs. Completes and submits monthly vehicle inspection and mileage reports. Ensures Agency vehicle is safe and properly maintained. Responsible for delivering interoffice mail to several locations throughout the Agency, ensuring that mail reaches our facilities and staff in a timely manner.

  • Provides daily cleaning, minor maintenance and ensures a safe physical environment for our community mental health center located in Morris Plains.

  • Manages consumer cases in a Supportive Housing program (ALSP).

  • Manages consumer cases in a Supportive Housing program (ALSP).

  • Responsible for securing and maintaining for all Adult Residential clients all the benefits for which they are eligible. Works with Program Coordinator to ensure maximum reimbursement rate of all benefits.

  • Group Residences
    various shifts (both weekday & weekends)

    Responsible for the supervision and case management of adult consumers living with mental illness in a long term residence. Responsibilities include supervising, supportive counseling, assisting with ADL skills, medication monitoring, PCA, facilitating social/recreational activities, and crisis intervention when needed.

  • Supervises male & female adolescents in a group residential setting who have been diagnosed with severe psychiatric disorders.

  • Hudson and Bergen Counties. Experience in addictions, developmental disabilities, trauma and domestic abuse, family therapy. Fluency in Spanish, Japanese, Korean or Polish is especially beneficial for this program.

  • Provides case management in a residential home for consumers diagnosed with mental illness.

  • Provides outpatient psychotherapy and other services to clients in our Outpatient Department in Lyndhurst and Hackensack, NJ

  • Oversees the operation in connection with financial matters including: accounts payable, payroll, auditing, training and supervision of department staff. Responsibilities also include budget development, initiation and development of financial transaction procedures, ensuring the accuracy of the financial system, and that all accounting practices are performed efficiently and in accordance with all standards and governmental regulations.

  • Provides supervision and manages the day-to-day responsibilities of clerical staff members in our Lyndhurst and Hackensack community mental health centers.
