  • Morris County - Partnership and CHAMP
  • Provides supervision and maintenance of the residential program and the consumers therein, also responsible for providing direct staff with supervision.

  • Provides consumers with daily supervision, weekly case management services, and medication monitoring. Facilitates group and recreational activities, completes progress notes, and updates electronic charts.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the group home, which includes, all consumer related activities, providing staff with supervision, and providing case management services to consumers.

  • Conducts individual case management within Community Support Services (CSS) including IRP implementation, on-site services, and management of caseload. Functions as an active member of the treatment team.

  • Responsible for transporting consumers in Agency vehicle to other programs, activities, work, school, and other locations. Responsible for tracking vehicle condition and mileage reports.

  • Assists consumers with their activities of daily living as well as ensuring a safe and clean environment.

  • Hackensack - Alternative Living Supervised Program
  • Manages consumer individual cases, medication monitoring, providing IMR services, and assisting with budgeting and linkage to benefits. Additional responsibilities include performing crisis intervention as needed and providing consumers with support for day-to-day activities.

  • Responsible for educating consumers about medical issues, nutrition, and medication. Acts as a liaison between the medical community and the staff.

  • Hackensack - New Directions
  • Responsible for the safe transportation of consumers to and from Agency programs and other locations. Must be able to work as a team member and communicate any relevant information, be sensible to consumers' needs, and assist peers as needed.

  • Performs transportation duties to program consumers, facilitates groups, and participates in individual and family sessions. Assists treatment team in all program functions and providing therapeutic activities to consumers.

  • Hackensack - CORE Solutions
  • Experience in addictions, developmental disabilities, trauma, domestic abuse, and family therapy. Fluency in Spanish, Japanese, Korean or Polish is especially beneficial for this program as we serve Hudson and Bergen counties.

  • Rutherford Long-Term Residence
  • Performs various basic tasks necessary in caring for the personal needs of clients as assigned and ensuring clients maintain a clean and safe environment.

  • All Bergen County Residencies
  • Responsible for the supervision and case management of adult consumers living with mental illness in a long term residence. Responsibilities include supervising, supportive counseling, assisting with ADL skills, medication monitoring, PCA, facilitating social/recreational activities, and crisis intervention when needed.

  • Hackensack - Outpatient Department
  • Provides outpatient psychotherapy and other services to clients in our Outpatient Department in Lyndhurst and Hackensack, NJ.

  • Kearny - Kearny Adolescent Residential Experience (KARE)
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the adolescent residence program, including, staffing and programming. Acts as a liaison with hospitals, DYFS, and CSA involving admissions and discharge from the program and maintaining compliance with all standards of care.

  • Provides supervision, transportation to activities, and assistance with ADLs to our adolescents in a residential group home. Additional responsibilities include medication monitoring and facilitating group counseling sessions.

  • Provides transportation for clients to and from school, medical appointments, and other activities. Must be able to perform maintenance functions at the consumer residence.

  • Hackensack - Intensive Family Support Services (IFSS)
  • Provides families with clinical and concrete services. Consults families, performs family groups, and develops service plans with families.

  • Westwood - Wellness & Support Center (EISS)
  • Provides crisis intervention, assessments, intakes, and direct assistance to consumers. Maintains consumer cases and collaborates with the treatment team.

  • Assist consumers obtaining their basic needs and with their activities of daily living. Provides education about mental illness and symptoms of management.

  • Conducts supportive counseling, on-site services, and support to caseload for consumers within our wellness program. Covers shifts as scheduled and functions as an active member of the treatment team.
