Performs all direct service job responsibilities ensuring a safe, clean and adequate living environment for all consumers. Provides supervision to direct care staff in conjunction with the Assistant Program Coordinator. Manages the program schedule to ensure appropriate coverage in the residences. Functions as a team member: covering shifts, participating in program activities, communicating all relevant information to other team members, and covering co-workers’ duties as needed. Implements service plan interventions as developed by the clinical team. Provides case management services to consumers. Drives Agency vehicles in a safe, cautious, and responsible manner. Provides on-site coverage and substitute coverage when necessary. Manages residence food budget and ensures safe-keeping of consumer funds and compliance with all monetary procedures.
Requires one year of experience working in a residential mental health setting. Must possess valid NJ Driver Licenses with good driving record.
