Program Coordinator (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all functions of the residential program, including the monitoring of the program’s services and ensuring they are functioning adequately
  • Prepares monthly and quarterly statistical reports, ensures client records are kept up to date, and monitors the collection of fees for the program
  • Ensures all program consumers are receiving the appropriate services they need
  • Reviews and approves all payroll matters and provides the payroll office with prepared summary sheets in a timely manner
  • Prepares evaluations for assigned staff and monitors their performance, providing training according to their needs
  • Must be able to provide Illness Management Recovery services to consumers as needed

Qualifications:

  • MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or a related field
  • Three years of post-master's experience in direct service with the SPMI population
  • Two years of previous supervisory and administrative experience
  • License in respective field in the State of New Jersey preferred
  • Valid New Jersey driver’s license
