Secretary (Per Diem)

Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes and announces all consumers and visitors and directs them to the appropriate personnel
  • Answers all incoming phone calls, takes messages, and directs them to the appropriate personnel
  • Responds to consumer questions and directs all clinical question to clinical personnel
  • Maintains an accurate log of appointments utilizing our electronic medical records
  • Performs clerical duties that include copying, filing, pulling and putting away consumer charts
  • Completes fee counseling with all new consumers and maintains up to date electronic chart information

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with general office equipment use
