Full-Time Medical Records Secretary

Responsibilities
Maintains a consumer chart filing and retrieval system
Processes all requests for medical records in accordance to organizational policy and procedure
Must adhere to HIPPA guidelines when handling charts to protect consumer confidentiality
Assists front desk staff by scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and taking messages
Qualifications
High school diploma
Secretarial experience required, business school helpful
Excellent communication skills and a team player
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Location
Lyndhurst, New Jersey
Some travel to Hackensack required
