If you have any hesitations or concerns or would like to schedule an appointment, call CBH Care's Access Center at 201-646-0195 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday or 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Friday to speak to an access team member.

The access team member will speak with you briefly about your concerns, schedule a convenient appointment and tell you what information you need to bring to your first appointment.
