Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations and management of the adolescent partial care program

• Provides program staff with supervision, monitors staff performance, and completes performance evaluations

• Supervises program consumers and provides crisis intervention as needed

• Conducts intakes develops measurable treatment plans

• Ensures all clinical and administrative documentation is completed in accordance with program procedures

Qualifications

• MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or a related field

• Three years of experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting

• One year of supervisory experience related to child services

• LSW or LAC in respective field, LPC and LCSW preferred

• Valid New Jersey driver’s license
