Responsibilities
Oversees the functions of the organization’s recruitment by updating internal job postings, maintaining external advertising, resume distribution and storage, and attending local job fairs
Responsible for the organization’s Relias Learning training platform by entering and maintaining employee information and ensuring training programs conform with licensing and accreditation bodies
Completes background checks for new hires and provides supervisors with results
Assists in the general maintenance of the human resources department by maintaining personnel records, updating databases, preparing for audits, and communicating relevant policies and procedures to management
Qualifications
BA/BS in a related field
Human Resource experience preferred.
Proficiency with HR-related software and platforms.

Monday through Thursday, 9am-5pm, and Friday, 9am-4pm
