Full-Time HR Training and Recruitment Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the functions of the organization’s recruitment by updating internal job postings, maintaining external advertising, resume distribution and storage, and attending local job fairs

  • Responsible for the organization’s Relias Learning training platform by entering and maintaining employee information and ensuring training programs conform with licensing and accreditation bodies

  • Completes background checks for new hires and provides supervisors with results

  • Assists in the general maintenance of the human resources department by maintaining personnel records, updating databases, preparing for audits, and communicating relevant policies and procedures to management

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in a related field

  • Human Resource experience preferred.

  • Proficiency with HR-related software and platforms.

Monday through Thursday, 9am-5pm, and Friday, 9am-4pm
