Responsibilities

• Assists and provides input into the development of measurable treatment plans and application of prescribed service plan.

• Utilizes supervision and crisis intervention skills as required.

• Adheres to the organization’s procedures on both clinical and administrative documentation.

• Observes consumer’s self-administration of prescribed medication.

• Effectively manages assigned caseload, maximizing opportunities for consumers to receive all applicable benefits.

Qualifications

• BSW in social work, BA/BS in psychology

• BA/BS in criminal justice, sociology, or a related field with two years of experience in mental health

• Valid New Jersey driver’s license
