CBH Care Provides Stress and Anxiety Training for Bergen County Region V

Last month, CBH Care staff was proud to provide Stress and Anxiety training to Bergen County Region V at their Oradell headquarters. Over 30 Region 5 employees participated.

CBH Care offers other trainings, including the Nurtured Heart Approach and Mental Health First Aid, their most common training, which is taught in conjunction with the teaching materials of the National Council of Leading Health.
